the PV and restart at either some specified time each day • R1703/2365.T ONDLY & OFFDLY for REGAM Points • R1710/3062 Increase max number of HPM RegPV Slots TPS R421.2 and TPS Builder R421.2 (point releases) - Target: 4Q 2012

6

R1502/2662 Enhance TPNServer Auxiliary Display

• Pre-R410 Functionality: – The TPN Server Auxiliary

display shows the total number of clients and total data load (all connections combined)

7

R1502/2662 Enhance TPNServer Auxiliary Display

• R410 Functionality: – TPN Server

Auxiliary Display will be enhanced to generate summary report of client connections

– Additional information for each connection

Connection id, User, Date and time when connected Connection details, like descriptive name of

the client application and location from which the connection has originated (if available)

Total number of groups and items added Data access statistics since connection has

started

8

R1502/2662 Enhance TPNServer Auxiliary Display

• Sample report (csv file)

9

R1508/2699 Bio-Metric SignOn for Signon Manager

• Allow Signon Manager to map a fingerprint to the Windows account of that user – Database that will maintain the registered fingerprints – A plug-in to the Signon Manager application that can interface to a

specific fingerprint reader – Experion R410.2 will support 1 fingerprint reader out of the box, and

the ability for projects teams or DE to build additional plug-ins as needed for additional devices

• Current functionality – Signon Manager doesn’t support any Biometric devices

• Note: – Costs will be associated with selected fingerprint reader and associated application.

10

R1509/2772.1 Enhance Experion for TPS System Alarms

• Pre-R410 functionality – TPS system related problem (i.e. the “S” on Native Window blinks red) raises a

“TPN System Alarm” on the System Status Display in Experion through the ESVT

11

The “S” and “C” indicators in Station mirror the “S” and “C” indicators in Native Window. Clicking the “S” calls up the Native Window System Status display. Clicking the “C” calls up the Native Window Console Status display. Here the “S” is lit up indicating an active TPN System alarm.

R1509/2772.1 Enhance Experion for TPS System Alarms

12

R1513/2291.E ACK Key Functionality in Faceplate

• Pre-R310 functionality – No support for ACK key in Experion faceplates

• Post R310 Functionality – In Experion PKS R310, ACK key functionality was

supported in the process point faceplates as part of Auto selection functionality.

• R410 functionality – As part of UIS R17, ACK key functionality will be

supported in non process point faceplates like Controller, I/O modules, FIM faceplates.

13

R1601/2732 Page ACK without Confirmation

• Pre-R410 functionality – ACK button asks the operator: "Are you sure you want to acknowledge all alarms?

Yes or No".

• R410 functionality – System wide option to do page ACK with no confirmation

14

R1606/3105 Disable USB ports

• Pre-R410 functionality – No functionality in Experion to block the usage of USB

ports

• R410 functionality – Allow disabling of USB ports on PKS stations and

servers for WS2008, W7, WXP, WS2003 – Would apply to storage media types (Removable

Media, CD, DVD, Floppy, Tape, etc) – Would not apply to mouse, keyboard, smart card

reader, fingerprint reader, …

15

R1606/3105 Disable USB ports

Local USB Control Tool

Administrator disables/re-enables USB ports for storage devices locally for an individual node

Domain Management by OU

Administrator disables/re-enables USB ports for all storage devices locally for all computers in an Organizational Unit

16

R1610/2704 Enhance Point Detail Displays

• Pre-R410 functionality – Not all TPS detail displays are available in Experion HMIWeb detail pages

• R410 functionality – Addition of point detail displays for connections, logic blocks, CDS, devctl, etc. – A small number of detail displays including sequence control are still to be

implemented post R410

CDS Page DevCtl Page

R1703/2365.T ONDLY & OFFDLY for REGAM Points

• Pre-R410 functionality – AM does not have the Alarm Delay option which were implemented in

the NIM and HG in R620 release and further enhanced in R660 and R681 Releases

• Proposed functionality – OnDelay and Offdelay will be added to REGAM points – The parameters $ALDLOPT, $DLBADAL and DLYTIME shall be

provided for Regulatory AM points – The functionality shall be similar to the functionality in NIM Regulatory

Control point

19

R1703/2365.T ONDLY & OFFDLY for REGAM Points
