Sandwich the HeatnBond ® between the fleece layers and fuse. HeatnBond ® will give stability to the fleece. 2. Trim the 6½'' x 17'' rectangle with the Olfa ® Rotary Cutter with decorative edge blade. 3. Fold up bottom 6'' of fleece to form the pocket and glue in place along edges using fabric glue. 4.
