that you have to achieve that goal.

You start journey towards your goal.

During the journey the struggle that you do, is simply called “Pain”.

And when your journey is finished, the pleasure increases and your heart says you achieved the goal that is “Gain”.

Hence the Phrase tell it self “Pain means Gain” and “No Pain means No Gain”.
