4. The institutions shall adheJ'e to the fulfillment of the provisions of the NCTE Regulations, 2014 and

ensure the following before commencement of the session:-

(i) The institution shall comply with various 'other norms and standards prescribed in the NCTE

regulations, as ar)1ended from time to time.

(ii) The institution shall make admission only after it obtains affiliation from the examining borly in termsof clause 8( 10) of the NCTE (Recognition Norms & Procedure) Regulations, 2014.

(iii) The institution shall comply with the condit.\on as laid down in the clause 8(3) of the NCTE

Regulations. 2014 which provided that "An in\titution which has been recognized by the Council shallobtain accreditation from an accrediting agency approved by Council within five year of sllch

recognition."

(v) The Norms of staff/ qualifications/administrative and profcssiOl\al staftiterms and conditions of serviceetc. shall be as per the provisions ofNCTERegulations, 2014.

of composite institution given in the NCTE Regulation, 2014. If at ~IIY stage, it is found thM theinstitutiori ns not a composite institution, the recognition, granted wHl betnated as withdrawnand the sole responsibility of the saine will be of the institution. However, in the existinginstitutions permitted for additional intake, shall have to ensure that they arC to becomecornpositegradually preferaIJly thc academic session 2016-17.

(iii) The NOC of the affiliating body and SL'lffapproval thereof submitted by the institution, if foundC'lke at any stage, the recognition, granted ,,,ill he treated as withdrawn and the soleresponsibility_of the same will be of the institution.

6 .. The institution shall submit to the Regional Committee a Self-Appraisal Report at the end of each academicyear along the statement of annual accounts duly audited by a Chatiered-i\ccountant.
