AccommodationAccommodation is provided for all facilitators during pre-meeting and post-meeting. Food and Fees No conference fees for facilitators International facilitators have to cover their international travel fees

Food is provided for facilitators through out conference period from pre-meeting till post-meeting .

1. Inspire Leadership development in delegates and challenge them to aspire leadership roles.

2. Guide delegates to properly define their personal development plan in connection with organizational development.

3. Provide delegates with concrete knowledge and tools for their operational functions in their LCs

4. Create a sense of belonging and connection to the organizational Network

5. Instil the appropriate organizational cultures, values and protocols that define the leadership we want to develop.
