On October 25, 2012 a joint inspection was conducted at 215 Birchwood Ave. Cranford (Union County) NJ. I (Jim Scully).The purpose of this inspection wasto check on the progress with regards to the excavated material that had received a second screening. As a result of the screening process, it was theintention of the developer to re-use the screened material as clean fill and place it back into the excavated area on this property.Based on the visual findings the screened material was backfilled while the residual solid waste materials that were generated as a result of the re-screeningprocess were removed and disposed at the Waste Management Solid Waste Transfer Facility located on Front Street in Elizabeth, NJ.For more detailed info. please refer to the word document attached in NJEMS for this days inspection.
