We’re growing up within MORE FM, are engaged, and know what we are here for. We understand that in order to continue our growth, we need tocontinue to attract, impact and engage our market.

Our shows focus on local subjectsthat engage locals in topical issues that are relevant to our listeners.

Nick & Jesse are local, we know what we are talking about, who we are talking to and we put the effort in. We want this position and are completely committed to doing what it takes to run the Tauranga Breakfast show. Read on for more!

Our Facebook stats reveal that our core demographic is in line with the MORE FM “Michelle” profile, with 75% of fans in the Bay of Plenty region.

The Nick & Jesse Facebook page has reached over 12,000 people, with over 80% of those people also in the Bay of Plenty region. This is also in the core “Michelle” target demographic.

We’ve put the effort in so far; we brainstorm dozens of ideas for every show and spend hours refining down to 2 or 3 topics that our Target Listener will engage with. We are constantly refining our offer, and are not just voices – we have a strong technical ability, and this is evident in the quality of our shows.

MORE FM aims for listeners to respond to “how do you feel about MORE FM” with “I like to sing-a-long” and “it picks me up”.

We clearly understand this and see our role as Curators – we make sure we know the Target Listener and provide her with content that keeps her buzzing.

Women’s Roller Derby association contacted us about getting some publicity. The traditional approach at Mediaworks Tauranga is to put it on the MORE FM What’s On guide. Nick & Jesse identified an opportunity to engage further with this group, got them in studio to give Nick a demonstration and race around the office. We filmed & uploaded as additional content for morefm.co.nz and Facebook.

The sales team loves Nick & Jesse and we embrace the sales team as a way to make opportunities for MORE FM and The Show happen. Recent opportunities we aided in and helped to happen:
