2. Tender document containing detailed description of work & Terms & Conditions can be had from :Office of the D.E. TelecomProjects, 2nd floor,E-10B Exchange ,Bikaner as well as from DE (TP) S-6, Hawa Sarak,civil lines,Jaipurby submitting theattested copy of the following documents at least three days before the last date of issue of tender document.

(c) In case of Limited Company ,attested copy of articles of association duly registered with Registrar of Company affairs.(d) In case of proprietary firm, proprietor certificate from the proprietor of the firm that he is the sole proprietor of the firm.

(e) Last Income tax returns.(f) Original "Power of Attorney along with attested copy of the same "in case person other than the tenderer signing the tender

Document.(g) List of qualified experienced personnel, who are working for the tenderer, who will be deployed for the work.
