Face to Face)/scheduling face to face rounds with Functional Heads. Conducting reference check of candidates with VP-HR. Succession planning to include human resource requirements in consultation

with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.

Preparing the monthly MIS reports for recruitment.

Induction and Joining Formalities:

Conducting Induction and Orientation Program for Newly joined candidates and supervising the entire joining procedure for new joinees.

positions across organization. Coordination with the HOD’s to define KRA’s and ensue to get appraisal

completely filled by them. Handled all organization wide communication on Annual Appraisal Process and

assist HR Manager in review, discussion with HODs for promotion and increment recommendation.

Annual salary review exercise, consolidation and distribution of appraisal letters.

MIS Reports: Responsible for generation of HR MIS – monthly reports for Recruitment and

Training. Maintain records concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers,

performance appraisals, full and final forms, exit forms, experience letter. Maintain employees personal files ensuring documents mentioned.

Exit formalities: Taking exit interviews. Analyzing exit interview data and providing feedback and suggestions to the

management. Providing Experience Letter at last.
