Cmpartir = Dia de

You can also share, makingyour own basket and using
your creativity, just adddifferent things, as theManta family did, they useda Stop & Shop card. Ratherthan placing a turkey,Marianita put magazinesfor children of that familyso that they could read andhave fun.
You can putyour personaltouch to it.If you do not
want or if itmakes it diffi-cult to make abasket, you candevelop withthe help of yourparents a listof things that afamily withoutmuch moneyneeds and choosewhat you’d like togive them. This ishow you will learn

Sharing is when you give something you have to someonewho needs it provoking emotions and feelings of happinessfor you and the person who receives. One who shares whathe has with others is generous, caring and kind.
An example is Marianita who decided to hold off on herThanksgiving dinner with her family to be involved in theThanksgiving activity from Niños del Siglo, by donatinga basket of food to families who do not have much to eaton this day. She got help from her mother and used hercreativity to make a basket.

EntoncesJonás decidió no obedecer a Dios y huir.
dado a Jonás.

Jonah was aprophet, someonewho gives
messagesto people
from God whosaid to Jonah, “I
want you to go to the cityof Nineveh and there youwill tell the people to stopdoing bad things.”
Jonah did not wantto go to Nineveh. Thepeople there were bad,and Jonah did not likethem. He did not knowwhy God wanted tohelp them. Even Jonah’sfriends knew that thepeople from Ninevehwere bad. They did notlike them either. SoJonah decided to runaway. He got on a shipthat would take him far,
far away from Nineveh.
The wind from a stormwas so strong thatit shook the whole
ship back and forth. The captain and thesailors were afraidthe ship wouldbreak apart. Thesailors began tossing
things overboard tolighten the load. One of the sailors asked, “Whatis causing this storm?”Jonah knew that Godwas unhappy with him.He said, “God sent thestorm because I ranaway from him. If youthrow me overboard, the storm will stop.”The sailors did notwant to throw Jonahinto the water, butthey did. After thatthe storm stopped.
God savedJonah bysending abig fish toswallow him. While Jonahwas inside of the fish, hehad lots of time to pray, which he did.He spent three
days inside thefish. When hecame out of it,God told him,“You must go toNineveh.” This
time he obeyed, went to that city and brought withhim God’s message. “People of Nineveh, stop doingbad things.”
After that, the whole city of Nineveh prayed,
for they listened to the message Godhad given Jonah.

Get ready fr
Thanksgiving Dinner Is it prper t eat withyour fngers?
There is a good amount of food eaten by hand,as sanduchitos, the petits fours and otherpasses mouths. If you are unsure how to dothis, use the cutlery common sense: no oneeats a chocolate bar with a fork and knife.
Hw d yu eat crrectly? Some foods can be misleading. What todo with the ribs on the barbecue or snails
in garlic? If you are unsure, watch othersand follow them. Do the best you can, beingcareful not to get dirty or messy.
There are ways to give signals to the waiters in the covered position, without talking:
If you cross the covered dish in the center, it means you’re stilleating. To indicate you’re done, put the cutlery parallel to each otherdiagonally, as pointing to 10:20.
Si tienes muchos in vi tados y no te caben sen tad

If you have many guests and do not fit around the table,it is best to organize a buffet. That is, display trays of food, drinks, plates and cutlery on a table that they are
served to their liking. You set the table, so that there isan orderly flow: start with the silverware, napkins, platesand then the food.
