Awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Existing Buildings program, which promotes the development of high-performance, sustainable buildings.

This is the first gold-certified building under the EB standards in Oregon, and one of thirteen in the world at the time.
