Overview of the Event
Aim of the Event The aim of the event is to realize three objectives:
1)To increase awareness about Nike brand and position
them strongly in the sports they have a
strong position
2)To create a strong database for future transactions
3)To showcase different sports wear Nike has to offerNike has asked The Creatives Events Management Co.
to create a proposal for this event.
Target Market & Event Highlights
Females and males between 13 – 55 years old – who practice sport
We expect 100 dignitaries, sponsors and others to be the Nike guests
Future consumers will be allowed to have a ´´look and feel´´ of the Nike sport brand
Live music and a DJ to keep the ´´fire burning´´

3-on-3 Basketball : 1000-1600

Layout, Protocols &Safety
Security Protocols
Entrances & ExitsIn order to have a better control and for security
proposesonly one entrance will be available. The main entrance
willbe in the north part (see the map). 4 Emergency Exits will be available, two main exits one inthe north and one in the south, with two emergency exitsat west and east (see the map)
Security Staff
30 security guards will be needed, and will be hired from a private company. The assistance of the municipality police will be needed. The 30 security guard will be distributed as follows:
10 security guards at the main entrance, 6 men and 4 women4 security guards at south exit2 security guards at west emergency exit2 security guards at east emergency exit6 security guards inside the event 2 security guards for the VIP area 4 security guards for rotation proposes
Evacuation ProcedureIn case of any emergency, we have created an evacuation plan. All the staff of theevent shall know this procedure and each will be assignated with a task.
For evacuation purposes we have divided the surface in three, North, Center andSouth. Lines and signals will be placed for the people to follow. The North area will beevacuated through the north exit, the Center will be evacuated through east and westemergency exits, and South area will be evacuated through south exit. (see map).
In all time the emergency exits and evacuations paths shall be free of obstacles.
An area of .25 square meters per spectator shall be during the event according to theOrdenanza de Prevención de Incendios del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
Like wise all the regulations enacted by the Ayuntamiento de Madrid shall be follow.
Fire Control System
For the VIP area 4 extinguishers shall be placed
4 extinguishers shall be placed in the fashion show, 2 inthe locker rooms where the cloths are kept.
And 6 more shall be placed along the sport area
Waste Management
A staff of 6 janitors will be hired, whose will be clinging all
the sport areas.
Restaurants, VIP areas, fashion tent and store will be
cleaned by a special group of janitors. 16 rubbish baskets
will be placed along the event area (see map)
Medical Procedure
We have designated a special area for the medical tent (see
map). The medial tent shall be equipped with all the first aid kit
instruments.
Two doctors will be available all the time with 3 nurses and two
paramedics teams equipped with stretchers
Two ambulance shall be hired and placed at North and South
exits
