Description: The project involves the production support of all TIBCO components in PEPSICO Environment. The business objective of the project is to support critical TIBCO

Components with zero downtime. Applications include GTM (Global Transportation Management), ETM (Enterprise Transportation Management), QTG (Quaker, Tropicana, and Gatorade), FLNA (Frito-Lay North America), shared Components and 270+ sites. Site orders are updated to central SAP systems to track Orders/shipment

Role: Subject Matter ExpertResponsibilities:

Administrator activities like - Setup up new machines, creating new TIBCO domains, creating new EMS servers

Installing TIBCO suite of products, adding machine to TIBCO Domain Handle high priority issues on call and resolve them. Follow specified critical incident

management process during priority issues. Creating RCA document. Participate in 24x7 supports on call on rotational basis with other team members. Participate in TIBCO version and upgrades Setting up EMS servers in Fault tolerance mode Create EMS objects like routes, bridges, durables, topics, queues and granting

From the dashboard user can perform the following actions, based on their permission level • Advanced Search • File Upload • OD Pair

• GES MonitoringRole: Tibco DeveloperResponsibilities:

Conceptual understanding of the business functions and requirements, prepared HLD and DLD and developed the services using service, invoke partner, HTTP Receiver, HTTP Response and JDBC palettes for TMON Project.

Enhanced to existing new TMON application. Configured options to turn on/off features including File upload, OD Pair maintenance (read-only/all) and GES based on Sector and Market.

Added few additional fields in the search screen. One additional field in OD pair maintenance.

Added file upload feature to all sectors.

Rewrite of TMON TIBCO Business work SOAP services to REST services (XML to JSON) and Rewrite of ETMBaseline TIBCO Business work GES SOAP services to REST services (XML to JSON).

Provided UAT support and also migration activities and Hyper care support Quality assurance, solution design and the documentation of design standards, process

standards, etc. To provide the Root Cause Analysis for the failures in Production environment and

provide the Defect Resolution.
