Scientists” by Ellen Daniell• Regular 1.5-h meetings with defined structure• Participants of each group have something in common • Rotating leadership• Meetings focuses on problem solving in a wide range of professional and personal areas

• Goal is for members to support each other as they find workable solutions to problems

GROUP PROCESS: TRACKING TIME

1)Facilitator asks each member to estimate how much time her work will take that day and records each time.

2)Facilitator keeps track of time and when time is up, asks if speaker needs more time.

3)If speaker asks for more time, specifies amount of time and what she wants to accomplish.

4)Time-keeping is difficult but helps participants focus and keep feedback on point and also allows time for everyone to have a turn
