prior to joining as Prob tioner Trainee Accountant. (not the Pay Band Clnd G~ de Pay ofnew appointment), whichever is more beneficial to him/her. In cas h /she opts forexisting Pay Band and Grade Pay he/she shall also be entitled .for Annual GradeIncrement duing probation training period. In case, he/she opts for fi'xcd ren uneration,he/she shall be paid only fixed remuneration @ of Rs. 13050/- (Rupees Thirteenthousand Fifty Only) per month during probation training period and H c, period ofprobation-training shall not be counted for grant of annual grade increm !nt(s). Aftersuccessful Completion of probation-training period, he/she will be fixed in the regularpay scale of Accountant in running Pay Band (PB-2) Rs. 9300-34800 and GI'ode Pay of Rs.4200/-.

During the period of probation training these probationer trainees shall be entitled onlyto fixed remuneration as bove and shall not be entitled to Special Poy, bccrness Pay,Dearness Allowance, Ho se ent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance. ConveyanceAllowance or any other allo ance(s) called by whatever name.

3. Services as Probationer Trainee can be terminated at any time by g. ing ne month'snotice in writing or by giving one month's remuneration in lieu thereof.

4. Services of Accountant (Probationer Trainee) can be terminated ithout any kind ofnotice and/or compenscrion if misconduct of any description is prima facie focnd to havebeen committed by him/her.

5. At the time of joining duties the Probationer Trainees shall have to E.X cute a Bond(Performa enclosed as Appendix-A) on Non-judicial stamp paper worth f s. 00/- issuedin the name of candidate with the specific purpose of executing B', 19 in favour ofJodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, for giving an undertaking that he / she will notleave his/her training/ service or resign or take-up another employment during theperiod of 'Probation-Training' as well as within one year after completion of Probation-Training, and also during any other training period as well as after completion of suchtraining, within a minimum p riod of 1 year if such training period is fol' a periodexceeding 3 months but up to 6 months, and within 2 years, if it exceeds b months; but incase he / she violates these provisions, he / she will refund to J'odhpi.r Vidyut VitranNigam Limited all emoluments paid to him / her including the expenses incurred byJodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited on such training (s), along ith amount ofremuneration/ salary for notice period subject to maximum of Rs.1,50,OOO/- (Rupee Onelac fifty thousand) only (excl ding the amount paid to him / her by ay of tr ling anddaily allowance under the r le ant regulations) and any other amount that m y e due toJodhpur Vidyut Vitran igam Limited, together with interest @ 12~o per ann m from thedate gf demand to the date of payment in lump-sum.

6. After completion of 3 years' period the above candidates may resign from JodhpurVidyut Vitran Nigam Limited's services by giving three month's notice in witing to theCompetent Authority. Ho ~ev r, in case of breach of this prevision they sholl be liableto pay the amount of salary for the notice period falling short f 3 nths' ascompensation to the J odhpu Vidvut Vitran Nigam Limited. In case 0 (onl cf It, theamount may be deducted from any money due to them. .

7. , The Probationer Traine .Jill have to bring a surety of an employee of Cent.'cl/ StateGovernment or Public undertaking getting Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- or above, n tnis kind ofsurety, it shall have to be mentioned that in case he / she leaves services of JodhpurVidyut Vitran Nigam Limited vithout making compliance of conditions as stipulated atpara 5 above, that employe of Central/ State Government or Public un crtoking shallpay compensation, as above, to Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (Perfcrn enclosedas Appendix-B). Provided 1hat an employee who is already in service of J'd V L shall beexempted for submission of surety.

8. The Probationer Trainee if not already possessing the qualificatio s mentionedhereunder, in the "computer" field, shall be required to acquire anyone of the followingqualifications in Computer proficiency during two years of probation 1reir in p...riod. Ifhe/she fails to do so, his/her probation training period shell be extcn ed upto themaximum period of one yeer and in case he/she fails to acquire l' e S me, in suchextended period, his/her services shall be terminated:-

9. No Traveling Allowance shall be admissible for joining as a Probationer- Trcince. In caseof journey on duty, they shall be allowed TA as on tour and in case of transf r made inthe administrative interest, only Mileage Allowance and incidental charges on the basis offixed monthly remuneration shall be admissible.

10. The Probationer Trainees shall be covered under the Contributory Provident Fund Rulesof Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited. Their contribution ·towar·ds cfiF shall bededucted as per relevant provisions from fixed monthly remunerofion and the Employer'scontribution of CPF shall be borne by the Company in addition to the fix· d monthlyremuneration. Provided that an employee who is already. in service of JdVV L shall becontinued to be covered under the CPF Rules of J dVVNL or pension scheme whichever isapplicable to him/her by virtue of his/her previous post.

11. The Probationer-Trainee, if not covered by the ESI Act, 1948, shall be covered underthe provisions of Medi-claim Insurance Policy. In case of his/her trc nsfer from ESIimplemented area to non-implemented area they shall be covered by the Medi-claimInsurance Policy. Provided rh t an employee who is already in service of dVVNL shall becontinued to be governed by the RCS (Medical Att endcnce) Rules, 2 8 or by theprovisions of Medi-claitn Insurance Policy whichever is applicable to him/her prior tohis/her appointment.

12. Coverage of the "Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme" will also extended overthem for which the premi m shall be deducted in the same manner, as is being done inrespect of regular employ s.

13 In case of availability of the company's accommodation, the some ill bepro i ed as perrules on normal rent, treating the fixed monthly remuneration as " G 'i, Pay" for thepurpose of determination of rent to be deducted.

'.14. The Probationer Trainees shall be eligible for Casual Leave of 12 days 1.1 a Cal ndar year

and for a period of less than a calendar year, it shall be admissible in proportion on thebasis of completed months. 'They shall earn PL @ ,of 1 day lea e ~for ever'y 20 days i.e.up to maximum' of 18 days 'n a calendar year but they shall not be entitle for HPL. Theyshall also be entitled for terminal leave, Matert~ity/ Paternity Leave etc. as .I)er rules.

15. No deputation allowance sh II be admissible to a Probationer Trainee, ij, deputed to"Foreign Service" for training etc.

At the time of reporting for joining duty, they will have to produce a N\\!dical Certificateof Fitness from a doctor. authorized by the State Government (not belo 'J the rank of.District Medical Offic r). failing which they will not be allowed to join. The fee paidfor mediccl examination will be reimbursed by the Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran i,9 m Limitedif found medically fit end join duty. Provided that an employee who is air dy in serviceof JdVVNL shall be exempted from submission of medical certificate f fitness.

The candidates will have to submit the following certificates/docutn r ts n riginal forverification, along ith pho tosrct copies duly attested thereof, for office r-ecord at thetime of joining duty: .(i) High School/ Hr. Secondary Certificate which indicates the date of bir-th.

attested by notary p blic clearly indicating Name & Date of Birth OJ all childrenincluding adopted and step children.

(vii) Boncfide Residence Certificate.(viii) A Bond (proform of the Bond enclosed as Appendix-A) on Non-Jud.ci I stamp of

Rs.100/- issued in the name of candidate.(ix) A Surety by an employee of Central/ State Government 'or P blic Undertaking

getting Grade Pay Rs. 3200/- or above on Non-judicial stamp of Rs. 00/-. (Performaof the Surety enclosed as Appendix-B) (The Non-judicial stamp i:; to c P rchasedin the name of the officer who is signing the Surety).

18. The appointment will stand automatically cancelled without" any notice / ,formation ifany time, it is found th t any Accountant (Probationer Trainee) have I, cr than twochildren on or after 01.06.2002, as no candidate shall he eliqible for cppointment whohave more than two children on or after 1.6.2002, provided that the can i ate havingmore than two children, will not be disqualified so long as the number of CI rldren he/shehas on 1.6.2002, does nOTincrease.

19. The antecedents of these candidates will also be got verified from the POli 1... In case ofdoubtful' or unsatisfactory character, their services will be terminat .rt 0 t givingnotice and they will not be entitled to any compensation. .

20. They can be posted at any place in Rajasthan or in any Project under the 11 a agement/control/ partnership of Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.
