Learning and DevelopmentCode4Health will achieve its objectives by creating a learning platform to simulate realistic digital healthcare ecosystems.A network of franchised Code4Health providers will deliver a wide range of face-to-face and virtual learning opportunities that will help health and care staff learn:
• The basics of digital health and health informatics and the role it plays and will play in the future in health and care
• How to build and use apps and digital tools.• How to access, manipulate and visualise health care data to improve
their learning and practise.• How to access, create and curate open clinical content.• How to work with services users, engineers, informaticians and
designers in the co-creation of apps and digital tools.• How to use the Code4Health Platform to support the above.

Franchise Model - AspirationsCode4Health franchisees will include a wide range of health and care providers, educational institutions, commercial and third sector training providers and voluntary clubs and associations.
Providing virtual and physical courses leading to recognised vocational and academic qualifications.
Resources available to interested citizens
A self-sustaining community of Code4Health franchisees and participants kick-started by commissioning the development of an exemplar set of Code4Health courses and activities to include:
• An introduction to NHS digitisation and informatics• Build an app in a day for clinicians• Data visualisation in a day for clinicians• An introduction to the Code4Health Platform – Developers • An introduction to the Code4Health Platform - Clinicians
and HCPs • An introduction creating open clinical content (Health
Records) with OpenEHR • An introduction creating open clinical content (Clinical
Knowledge) with OpenClinical• An introduction to open source in health and care
