• Sự phát triển mạnh mẽ của CNTT ảnh hưởng đến hầu hết mọi lĩnh vực đem lại lợi ích to lớn cho bất cứ tổ chức nào muốn áp dụng CNTT trong quản lý.
• Cùng với xu thế phát triển chung, trường CĐSPHN đã từng bước áp dụng CNTT nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý của trường, công tác tổ chức, quản lý sinh viên

Chapter 11.2 Motivation
• Bước đầu triển khai hệ thống quản lý sinh viên, đã gặt hái được những thành tựu trong quản lý sinh viên, giúp tăng hiệu quả quản lý và nắm bắt tình hình học tập của sinh viên từ khi vào trường cho đến khi tốt nghiệp (báo cáo tổng kết 1 năm sau triển khai hệ thống quản lý sinh viên, 2009)
• Tuy nhiên, việc tìm hiểu các nhân tố nào đã ảnh hưởng đến việc triển khai hệ thống trên toàn trường có ý nghĩa vô cùng to lớn nhằm khai thác triệt để sức mạnh của hệ thống, và rất cần một nghiên cứu nhằm xác định và đánh giá các nhân tố này.
• Sự thỏa mãn của người dùng là một trong những nhân tố chính ảnh hưởng đến hiệu quả của hệ thống. ( IS success Model – Mclean – Delone, 2003). Do đó, việc nhận diện các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thỏa mãn của người dùngý nghĩa rất lớn đối với bất kỳ trường, hay tổ chức nào nào mong muốn triển khai và phát huy tối đa sức mạnh hệ thống. Đặc biệt, trường CĐSPHN là trường có số lượng sinh viên rất lơn khoảng …. Sinh viên/ năm, và số lượng khoa …. Do vậy, đây là một mô hình tốt để chúng ta tìm hiểu và nghiên cứu.

Những nhân tố này ảnh hưởng như thế nào đến việc triển khai hệ thống quản lý sinh viên tại trường CĐSPHN ?
Từ động cơ mong muốn tìm hiểu và đánh giá các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thỏa mãn của người dùng đối với hệ thống quản lý sinh viên tại trường CĐSPHN, bài nghiên
cứu này sẽ tiến hành nghiên cứu nhằm trả lời cho hai câu hỏi sau đây

2.4 Definition of Effectiveness
• The GoalCentered View
In the goal centered view we focus on the outcomes of the IT function. We determine the task objectives of the system and then establish the criteria for measuring whether these objectives have been achieved. (Grover et al. 1996)
• The Systems’ Resource View
In the systems’ resource view we focus on the process or functional aspects of the system. In this case effectiveness is measured against such things as user job satisfaction, communication between IT staff and users, and quality of service. (Grover et al. 1996)

The SPSS 16.0 software is employed to examine the four hypotheses of this research. The statistic analysis methods employed are Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, and Regression Analysis.
Data obtained from questionnaires which emailed to many enterprises in many province such as: Ha Noi, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh

150 questions had been sent directly to the leaders, employees of companies in the Ha Noi, Nam Dinh province, Ninh Binh province.
