Luccille COOPER (Matthews) I saw an advert in the Whan- garei Report back in Febru- ary of this year, saying they were taking enrolments for semester A in computing, and the bonus was the course had NO FEES ... I rang and before I knew it I was interviewed and within a day or two later I was accepted onto the course. My life has been ENRICHED ever since. I have walked down different avenues in my life and have done many varying things, but nothing is more satisfying & rewarding for me than following my love for computing. I will come away from the Wānanga on Dec the 8th full of more knowledge and a better un- derstanding of where my future is heading. My future is brighter and my family will definately benefit in the long run thanks to our Kaiako & my time spent here at Ngā Mahinga.

Our vision is to use what we have learnt in our class to help the people in our community. A saying I acknowledge “You learn new things every day”.

Through this newsletter I hope to inform students of what’s happening on our campus, and give information on the educational opportunities for all ages that surround our campus. It is my belief that student testimony’s and Kaiako motivations will inspire prospective students to enrol and study at Te Wānanga o Aotearoa. Nga mihi nui kia koutou
