Programs 1.Entry to employmentEntry to employment (E2E) is an entry to level 1

work-based learning programme for young people (aged 16-18) who are not yet ready to enter an apprenticeship, employment or structured learning at level 2.

2. New Deal for young peopleNew Deal is a government programme to help

people move into and remain in work. The New Deal for young people is for those aged 18 to 24 and claiming job seeker’s allowance (JSA). It aims to give young people the skills, confidence and motivation to help them find work.

3. Parenting: Dads & Lads Most fathers drop their children off at sporting events

and activities, only returning to collect them again at the end. But Dads & Lads is different. Dads & Lads encourages fathers and father figures to get involved It's a project that encourages dads, father figures and mentors to leave the taxi on the rank, get onto the pitch with their sons and daughters, and join in the fun!
