Your High Margin Supplier Finding SystemIf you’ve never sold physical products before, finding, evaluating, and working with suppliers can seem like a BIG task… But, trust me, after this report and especially after doing it just ONCE, it will not be more difficult than ordering your favorite meal for delivery.

How to Find Suppliers for ANY Product

Once you know what product you want to source (what you learned in video 1), then finding a supplier for your products is as easy three Google searches:

For example, say the product you found on Amazon using what you learned in video 1 is a yoga mat. You jump over to Google and do the three searches…

yoga mat private label (873,000 results) yoga mat supplier (1,890,000 results) yoga mat manufacturer (728,000 results)

With just these three searches, you have ALL the suppliers you could ever want form yoga mats.

The only other search you MIGHT want to do is to search for the product keyword (such as yoga mat) directly on the site Alibaba.com. This site is a supplier search resource that connects you with suppliers all over the world (many in China).

In current business, unless you’re selling a product that goes on your body (such as a beauty cream) or in your body (such as a health supplement or a food item), then the product is likely manufactured overseas, often in China.

But, this is actually a HUGE opportunity. You can use the same exact process to find suppliers domestically (in the USA or wherever you’re located) AND in any overseas market.

We live in a global economy in which you’re connected with suppliers all over the world via email and phone.

You can invest in inventory from a high-quality manufacturer in China at nearly the EXACT SAME PRICE as a big company that sells millions of dollars worth of a product (the cost per unit difference is literally PENNIES). This allows you to compete with the most established, biggest name brands on the planet - especially with what you’re learning in the 4-part video series at AmazingSellingMachine.com.

How To Contact Suppliers And What To AskWhen contacting most suppliers overseas, your communication is going to almost always be entirely via email or Skype. If you’re selling a product that’s sourced domestically (in the USA, for example), then you can usually use email, but I recommend giving them a call to build the relationship and get more information.

Either way, once you contact them, here is what you want to ask them:

Do you have X product available?

How long will it take to have it ready to ship?

What is the minimum order quantity? (*Note: See below on this one.)

What are your pricing tiers and quantity discounts? (For example, how

much does the cost per unit go down when you purchase more units.)

Can you send me the label or package design template?

These five questions give you everything you need to create your REAL PRODUCT BRAND.

The reason you will ask them their minimum order quantity (also known as “MOQ”), is because they’ll often SAY it’s way higher than it is. Just by asking you can usually get down the minimum you have ordered to a small, reasonable amount - this is how we and almost all of our extremely successful students started out.

The last question, you need to ask for the design template, this gets you the design file you need to send to the designer you hire on any typical outsourcing site such as: 99designs.com, Odesk.com, or Elance.com.

They’ll know what to do with the design file, you simply tell them your brand name and design ideas.

The designer will send you back the completed design file, customized for your product, and then you will send that over to the supplier and BAM! Your own product brand is now on it’s way!

Tip: How to Get Better Pricing and Better Terms from ANY Supplier

The best way to get even lower pricing (higher margins for you) and often a lower startup investment in inventory is by contacting a few different suppliers and asking the five questions listed to all suppliers.

Then, you can tell supplier A that supplier B offered you X, and it starts a bidding war IN YOUR FAVOR between the suppliers all fighting for your business.

The Real Business Automation BLUEPRINTNow that you know how to find suppliers for ANY product and how to get dirt-cheap pricing for super HIGH margins, here’s how to automate the ENTIRE business using Amazon’s own resources…

When I first started selling physical products, building my first business five years ago, I knew NOTHING about using Amazon to SCALE my business…

I paid for an office, hired staff, purchased shipping supplies and we began shipping products out of our own office.

When sales really started taking off on Amazon, we were burning through printers, ink cartridges, boxes, tape, and… even employees (one girl I think had a mental breakdown from the overwhelming stress).

I had no idea Amazon would actually hold all the inventory and do all the shipping for me...AND even do 90% of the customer service.

After a year of painstaking, stressful, time-wasting in-house fulfillment I finally found out about Amazon’s program called Fulfillment by Amazon (also known as FBA).

FBA is a network of warehouses all over the world owned by Amazon.

Amazon allows you to send inventory to them and they handle all storing, packing, shipping, returns, and even most of your customer service (since in a physical product business, almost all of the customer service issues come from shipping-related mixups).

You can literally just have your supplier send inventory directly to FBA, and Amazon takes care of the rest - while you watch your sales count rise and rise inside your

Amazon Seller Central account.

THIS is how I ran my entire multi-million dollar physical product selling business with a 13 inch Mac laptop while living in southern France for three months last year.

You don’t ever have to touch any inventory and you don’t ever have to pack, ship, or process any orders at all.

This is the power of LEVERAGING a massive company’s resources.

Let them do the manual labor, you focus on the fun stuff like building your product brand.

STAY TUNED for the next video in the series (video #3) which is all about LAUNCHING your product to the TOP of Amazon’s $74 BILLION PER YEAR charts.
