Snow Tubing ReunionFebruary 4, 2012 Hilltop convened at Mountain Creek for an afternoon of AWESOME SNOW TUBING, FRIENDS and FUN! It was great to see so many of you turn out! Love the hats!

NEW HILLTOP OUTDOOR ADVENTURE COURSEGet Ready for some AMAZING FUN on Hilltop’s new outdoor adventure course. The new course will include 4 zip lines, 6 elements, a giant swing, pamper pole and a brand new play pen as well. Yes you did read that right 4 ZIP LINES, all right around 500 feet each (the old zip line was 300 feet.) Construction has started on the course and it should take about 7 weeks to build.

CABIN MAKEOVERSAll of you know that we have been refurbishing a couple of cabins each year and Scott has started B8 & B9 as well as G4, G5 & G6.  We also plan on dismantling cabin B3 and building two cabins in its place.  

NEW ACTIVITYOutdoor Laser Tag Are you ready for some more FUN at Hilltop. A new outdoor laser tag course will be built for the summer of 2012. This will be one exciting activity. We will play in the woods. We can’t wait to watch all of the strategizing that will take place in these games.

ZimzieThere has been a new addition to the Camp Hilltop family. For Christmas Kelsey got a Labradoodle named Zimzee! She is friendly, fast, fun and can’t wait to meet everyone!

Lands EndHilltop is again teaming up with Lands End to give campers and staff the option of purchasing Camp Hilltop clothing that goes on the bottom half of your body! All shirts and sweatshirts can be bought directly through Camp Hilltop. Lands' End offers a variety of clothing and accessories you may need for camp as well as shorts and sweat pants with the Camp Hilltop logo.  You are not required to buy Hilltop clothing but it is offered if you choose to. http://ces.landsend.com/CampHilltop

Camp Forms All camp forms (medical, activity, confidentials, etc) will be available online through our Camp In Touch site's Document Dashboard in April. An email will be arriving soon with the link.

Hilltop’s 2012 StaffMelissa was in Scotland in January and hired another great group of Scots for you this summer. Bill has also been busy hiring staff from the rest of the world. Together they will all come together to make this another great summer for Hilltop’s campers!

Staff NewsNathalie (2009 & 2010) has gotten her dream job, working with great white sharks in South Africa at a research station, gathering data on population estimates in the area as well as working on behavioral experiments on small benthic sharks in the aquarium and educating the public on sharks.

Staff Returning in 2012Once again Hilltop has a fantastic staff lined up for this summer. Hilltop GardenThe garden also went so well last year that we made the decision to at least double the size of it, that means more opportunities to get your hands dirty and more fresh veggies for the salad bars.
