like going to bed every night at thesame time and observing if your child
is getting enough rest for his age.
Create a morning routine thatinvolves doing particular things suchas eating breakfast at the same time, getting dressed, preparing snacks andlunch for the school day, and prepar-
ing other itemslike diapers, bot-
tles, clothes, etc.
Getting enough sleep is crucial to thedevelopment of children. Young chil-dren are usually able to sleep throughthe night for 10 to 12 hours and be-gin to phase out naps all together, particularly when they start to attenda nursery. Being tired does not allowthem to enjoy what we have pre-pared for them. It is very importantto start school with good sleep habits
bles.
Lunch period is for 40 minutes aday. (11:30 am). Lunch containers are
to be separate from the snack containeror labeled.
Foods that are not allowed in the class-
room for health reasons are: anything
containing peanuts, chocolate items, po-
tato chips, packaged cakes or fast food.
Water bottle. Please provide a waterbottle for your child every day. Juice ormilk can only be drunk during the snack
or lunch time.
Snack is a 30 minute period. (9:30am) Please try to limit this snack to fruitor vegetables that are cut in portionsthat are easy for your child to eat andenjoy. Yogurt and puddings are goodchoices for dipping fruit, and cheese orsalad dressings are tasty dips for vegeta-

promotes confidence and love for learning. Our unique curriculum is basedon play time that allows children to discover, explore, initiate, pretend andself regulate themselves. Creative Child staff will guide children throughappropriate adult-child interaction strategies and carefully planning. Our
educational approach is based on theory, research and proven practices.
Our multilingual program seeks to inspire parents to start or support their
child’s multilingual education. We are planting a seed and parents have the
great opportunity to provide the right conditions to see their child become
a new citizen of the multicultural world.
