The responses to our Lenten Challenge have been really positive, with the children gaining much from sharing their time and talents with those around them—thank you for all of your support with this. We have had reports from parents about some children putting themselves, and others, in danger on the way to and from school. Please can I encourage you to speak to your child about ensuring they cross roads safely (walk) at crossings and also to stay on the pavements at all times (including whilst on school grounds). We respectfully ask Nursery parents to assist us by keeping your children with you at all times, ensuring you wait as near to the fence as possible in order that the rest of the school can safely pass on the pavement. On 7th March 2019,the

jazz classes from Y1 to

Y6 put on an amazing

performance of the

work which they were perfecting for

weeks on end. Parents were invited

to come and watch and said it was a

‘show stopping performance’.

If you missed this show you will get a

chance to watch us in action at the

summer fair. by Scarlett and Ella,

On Friday 8th March, St Dunstan's Tag Rugby team played away against All Saints Carshalton C of E Primary School and High View Primary School. The weather was not on our side and the ground was very

slippery but the team played well and maintained a good pace throughout the match.

The team played very well and achieved a good score against All Saints Carshalton but lost against High View.

I hope everyone enjoyed their matches as much as I enjoyed watching their progression and courage.

Thank you to all our team. Well done to you all! S Jenkins

It has come to our attention that a few visitors on site have not been adhering to the 5mph speed limit.

In order to ensure the safety of our children, staff and visitors, if you are entering the car park as a parent helper or have permission to park for another reason, please can you ensure that

you are mindful of, and respect, our speed restriction. We will do our best to ensure that delivery drivers and staff adhere to this limit as well.

Many thanks.

Parent / Teacher Consultation Evenings

Thank you to all parents who have already booked

appointments to see your child’s class teacher.

If you have not already booked an appointment, the booking system is available until midday on Tuesday 26th

Thank you to everyone who supported ‘Red Nose Day’ on Friday 15th March. The children were allowed to wear something red with their normal school uniform. It was intriguing to see the variety of ways in which one red item of clothing could

be worn! It was lovely to see that everyone supported this worthy cause. The canteen staff also supported the day by decorating the servery and wearing red. We raised an incredible £400.00 for Comic Relief.

Many thanks for your continued support.
