The workshop was organized by the Emergo Train System Japan – Japan Disaster Medicine Education & Training Association. The workshop was held as part of the 18 th Congress Japanese Society for Emergency Medicine. ETS Senior instructors and Educators from Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Kenya and Sweden were participating on the workshop. The day started with a member from each faculty or country (Japan, UK, Australia, UAE, Kenya) presented how ETS is used in their own area. The ETS Competence center presented new and future developments including a prototype of DigEmergo that was shown on a touch screen. In the afternoon presentations were held about a paediatric data bank, new trials and ingenuities and hands-on training with a shelter management training named Happy and a digital triage training system. The day ended with group discussions about the future of ETS. All the presentations held during the workshop are available on the Senior instructor page on the ETS website (requires a login as Senior instructor). KMC and Emergo Train System had an exhibition at the 19th World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine held April 21-24 in Cape Town, South Africa. The exhibition was very well attended. During the congress staff from KMC had several oral presentations. One was Phd Student Jonas Rybing from Linköping University who presented a pilotstudy of the DigEmergo. Number of ETS Senior instructors are now (July 2015) 1 250 from 34 nationalities. New nationalities during the period 2014-2015 are Ecuador, Hungary, Kenya and The Philippines. There are 8 ETS Educator faculties in 7 countries and a total of 73 ETS Educators.

An Emergo Train System Senior instructor course was conducted in March 13-15 in Toyama by the ETS Educator faculty in Japan. A total of 20 doctors and nurses completed the program. In May 5-7 an international Emergo Train System Senior instructor course was held by the ETS Competence center in Sweden. The 21 participants were from Sweden, Denmark, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Finland, Kenya, Korea and Hungary.
