APOA Newsletter creation 3/9/12 Newsletters are created twice a year. They are to be postmarked a month before the Spring (Saturday before Easter) and Fall (Saturday after Thanksgiving) meetings. Obtain recent spring and fall newsletters to use as a guide. Obtain mailing addresses for Avon Property Owners. (Need to get instructions from Pat.) Remove duplicates. Obtain blank mailing labels (size from Pat) and mailing dots or tape from an office supply store. Print mailing labels. If have a PDF and need a Word doc upload the PDF to http://www.pdftoword.com for conversion. Update the newsletter with pertinent information. Include website, facebook and contact information. Verify with the post office that the bulk mailing information is up to date and correct. 1

Hey Tracy or Gem: Here is a print job for Avon Property Owners Assn. Need 1800 copies (2-sided). Please print these with the image on both sides in the same direction. When the 2-sided copy is complete, the Dues form should be on the opposite side of the Mailing Blank. I will also need these tri-folded with the Mailing Blank on the outside so that I can put on labels and a mailing dot for sealing. Please let me know if my instructions are unclear.
Drive to Nags Head Staples and pick up copies.
