TOTAL Petrochemicals & Refining USA

Diversifying into downstream business, David Papst and Ryan Campbell have been our current PMs at TOTAL Petrochemical Plants at Cray Valley, Beaumont and La Porte, Texas. Building upon the good work by the DRL guys, we are currently proposing two additional PMs requested by TOTAL.

DRL were selected in nationwide tendering, to continue to support them in Gas Plant Upgrades. DRL also scored an “A” Grade on ISNET Safety Qualifications, quite a feat. We are in discussions with DCPM to re-commence projects over there.

DRL has entered into an Agreement to work with Safety First Group (SFG), who are well connected in the Gulf Coast industry with long term HSE engagements and / or relations at TOTAL Port Arthur Refinery, KM, Exxon and Chevron. As part of the arrangement, it was agreed that Ryan Campbell would switch over and join SFG to enhance their PSM and Commissioning capabilities. We appreciate of course Ryan’s long engagement and invaluable role at DRL.

SFG Role and Work Scope is defined to perform HSE Management including On Site Safety, Safety Inspections, PSM Audits and Development, Training, PHA/LOPA studies and QRA assessment, Inspection QA Services, and Commissioning Planning and Commissioning Support. DRL Role and Work Scope is defined to perform project and construction management, front-end engineering, planning, project controls, procurement and mechanical completion of onshore USA plants.

MODS Management Services (Aberdeen), led by Jon Bell (CEO), specialize in Software for Planning of Turnaround and Hook Up Services,

utilizing a direct integration to the 3-D Design Model and preparation of the Work Packs, Materials Supply, Tracking of the Work Progress in 3-D and associated ITRs to Completion.

DRL Plans to utilize MODS as an expert subcontractor at two upcoming projects at PDVSA Refineries and Patagonia Refinery, Argentina – see below.




DRL has teamed up with REPS SCAN in Punta Fijo, Venezuela, who are registered with PDVSA to undertake 3D Scanning and Surveying of Refinery retrofit jobs. DRL role will be to undertake the overall planning of the pending Refinery Turnarounds, and utilizing MODS TA technology. We are in the process of discussions with PDVSA SVPs to negotiate the scope and terms to undertake the first job at El Palito Refinery or Amuay. These projects also involve material procurement and construction – to be decided.

DRL has been invited to assist new investors PETRONOVA in assessing the costs and planning of completion of a small 6,000 bopd skimming refinery and associated hydro-treating and reformer units, located in Patagonia State, in far South Argentina. James Bond, Joe Pena and Don Reed were at the Site last week. We will be using MODS TA technology for measuring the progress to MC.

Leviathan Gas Development

Leviathan Deepwater Gas Field Development has selected a platform fixed structure concept with subsea tie-backs. The topsides is huge at 35,000 KT for the full export capabilities, at a processing rate over 2,100 MMSCFD. The project is completing FEED, with some long lead contracts awarded, including fabrication on the US Gulf Coast. DRL key personnel in the Owner Team of this development include Chris Lyttle (Structural and T&I), Colby Hafner (Technical Safety Lead) and Vince Page (Lead Machinery).

BOMESC Fabricators - Tianjin, China

BOMESC Management have agreed to engage DRL to assist them in pursuing USA and American based developments, and will assign Simon Hu to the DRL Houston office to work alongside and within DRL Houston, commencing early February. Russia - BOMESC are continuing with DRL in Russia to support NOVATEK in the planning and construction of a new Module Fabrication Yard in Murmansk, Arctic Russia.. DRL will commence supporting BOMESC in further developing their Project Management Systems (PMS) at their main Yard located in Tianjin, China utilizing OMEGA A.S. PIMS PMS systems.




DRL RUS LLC, RUSSIAN FEDERATION

DRL formed DRL RUS, registered in Kursk, FR - led by our General Director Mr. Mikhail Timoshin. Mikhail had the honor to work with Mr. Ohm Leonid Michelson (current CEO of Novatek), whose company "Nova" was the general contractor of the "Arcticgaz" (sub-company of Yukos) for the construction of the first phase of Samburg gas field. He was deputy director of the Directorate for Gas Development of the Company Yukos

IOConsulting, London & Houston IO formed in 2016 and are jointly owned by GE Oil & Gas and McDermott – providing front end field development consulting to clients building upon their owner company strengths in turbo-machinery, subsea hardware, yard fabrication and offshore

KOLA YARD, MURMANSK, ARCTIC RUSSIA

DRL are partnering with BOMESC to assist Novatek in developing the KOLA Yard which will be capable of building GBS Substructures and Modular Topsides for the giant 15 MTPA ALNG2.

ALNG2 Cost Reduction DRL made proposals for cost reduction of the ALNG2 LNG Topsides, focusing on layout efficiency and also rationalization of the Utility Systems.

Husky Madura Straits, Indonesia

DRL KL team continued their 'as-required' Owner Engineer services to Husky Energy for the Madura block development during 2016. Recent activities have included technical reviews and project management recommendations associated with their Partner's FPU tender process and a desktop audit of riser material suitability for sour service conditions and impact on gas




treating capabilities. The work continues in 2017 with a marginal field development concept review and optimization which is currently ongoing.

DRL have continued to provide services to EnQuest Malaysia. During the second half of 2016 , DRL provided Operations engineering support and performed a variety of functions. DRL provided Engineering Management oversight to

Company during 3 week period focusing on an urgent repair. Later in the year DRL framed and carried out a Decomplexing workshop to review of all systems and components on 10 satellite platforms and identified opportunities for late life cost reduction and production improvement. DRL are now engaged in the preparation of fit-for-purpose engineering documents and standards for modification projects.

One of the Seligi Satellite Platforms analyzed in the decomplexing (simplification) review In the Far East program for Q1 2017 includes: Twinza Pasca (Papa New Guinea) FEED & DE PMT Support and Enquest Engineering Support for Malaysia Seligi platforms upgrades and OE support of Husky in the Madura Straits, Indonesia.

Colombia DRL has a small working interest in the development of the Maria Conchita Gas Field, under shareholder financing discussions.

Hess North Dakota – Hawkeye Gas Gathering Plant

The Hawkeye Compressor Station in McKenzie County, North Dakota is a critical element in the Hess’ Bakken asset strategy of reducing a key production bottleneck by compressing 50 MMSCFD of gas and delivering the gas and associated NGL’s into the Hawkeye (SoR) HP Pipeline. These products will flow to the Tioga Gas Plant (TGP) dramatically reducing flaring, in line with State and Federal guidelines, as well as reducing environmental emissions. This project comes into operation this quarter and DRL team involvement came to an end in January, with departure of Mike Kennedy in November and then Greg Chittum in January, who endured the harsh ND winter at the job site.

Offshore innovation – Sulphur Management offshore applying the Topsoe WSA process Having performed front end engineering activities on a number of sour gas projects in the recent past, DRL picked up on the Haldor Topsoe WSA process for sulphuric acid manufacture as being an attractive technology to deploy offshore. An agreement with Haldor Topsoe A/S has been put in place for DRL to work with the Danish sulphur experts to implement their process offshore. Initial analysis shows that, although unfamiliar to the oil industry, the technical challenges of deploying the WSA plant offshore and handling sulphuric acid are relatively straightforward.
