Post 400 Transfers, Children and Youth and Scouting reports are due at Headquar-ters by May 13, 2016.

Remember ensure all reports are completed and forwarded to Department Headquarters prior to due date listed in the letter.

Top Recruiter, Gold Brigade, and Silver Brigade are due by May 25, 2016.

Department Convention June 24 - 26. 2016The 2016 Department Convention will be held at the Sonesta Gwinnett Place Hotel in Dulu-th, GA. Make your reservations thru Department Headquarters.You may pre-register for the Convention at $20.00 prior to June 11 2016 and save a few dol-lars. Afterwards the registration fee goes up to $25.00. Your registration fee includes your Convention Pin, Convention Program Book, Food on Friday evening and a Dance on Satur-day evening.The Commander’s, Auxiliary President’s, SAL Commander’s and ALR Director’s Banquet will be held Saturday Evening. Information enclosed.
