Summer Mela 2015 The Pancholi Samaj is delighted to invite you to our, ever popular, annual Summer Mela

Date: Sunday 5th July 2015

Time: 9.30am – 6.00pm

Venue: Roundhill College Grounds, Leicester

FREE ADMISSION - Everyone is welcome to attend; bring along your friends and family.

A DAY FULL OF FUN & GAMES - Bouncy Castle for the kids; Wet Sponge, Music, etc.

VAST VARITETY OF STALLS & ENTERTAINMENT - Food stalls (Veg & Non-Veg); Drinks Stalls; Many other stalls

Please note: Any stalls taking part on the day, especially commercial vendors, are required to give a

reasonable part of their earnings (minus costs) as a donation to Pancholi Samaj to cover

the costs of the event.

Remember, the Mela is the only place to be on Sunday 5th July!

Time: 4pm - 6pm Purshottam Bhagwan ni puja

6pm - 7pm Adhik Maas nu Mahatva

Thereafter from 7pm - 10pm Maha Prashadi for all members.

Cost: £51 per Yajman (For 2 People)

We expect costs for this event to be around £1,800. The Samaj welcomes, and is extremely grateful

First Aid Volunteers

Due to health & safety reasons the Samaj is looking into

creating a First Aid team.

Ideally we are looking for Four to Five people (potentially

more depending on responses) whom could possibly be

qualified first aiders at work who would be willing to help

us during our functions.

Each member of the team will receive a First Aid box

which they would be required to bring to all of our

functions.

As a First Aid Volunteer you would also provide advice to

the Executive Team on improving health & safety within

our events.

Pancholi Samaj members.

2015 Events Schedule*

*** 2015 Membership Fees ***

As per the constitution*, all membership fees should have

be paid by 31st March 2015.

Membership Fees 2015 are:

£7.50 Single Annual Membership for non-life

members aged 16 and over.

£75.00 Single Life Membership for anyone aged 16

and over.

(Section 4.1 paragraph F) - It is the responsibility of the

member themselves to ensure their fees are paid. If fees

are not received by the due date, they will be classed as

a non-member.
