An eventful and enjoyable day with all thoroughly exhausted by the return journey; travel once again provided excellently by Farleigh Coaches President Elect Tony chaired the meeting and David provided an alternative statement about the Object of Rotary, whist Tony welcomed Carlo to the Speaker slot as our wandering minstrel. Carlo provided an in-depth review of the club’s website which he was continuing to upgrade and set the parameters for the Contact management System in which all members could have a personal Rotary email address or receive contacts from the public that would be forwarded directly to a personal email address, without the public having knowledge of this. Carlo provided his demonstration of the websites uses in good English with some clarifications being raised by David and Linda on certain aspects of use. The Who’s Who page was updated and ready to go live on 1 st July as Tony Rix took the President’s chain and whilst there were obviously many more aspects to become familiar with Geoff W summed up the clubs thanks for his input and hard work on our behalf
