Solar Tech Industries and Bob Barker are looking to brighten up the lives of some fury friends. “I have always been involved with local rescue groups,” says CEO Sunny White. “It is my goal to help as many animals find good new homes and raise money to inform people about spaying and neutering their pets.” White’s idea to organize a large scale rescue function came from his involvement and passion for helping animals. The option to adopt a new pet from many local rescues will be available. Bob Barker will be attending the event and helping raise awareness. A silent auction will be help with all proceeds going to help spay and neuter pets. All Families and fury friends are welcome. “It is great to know that my message has resonated to get people to spay or neuter their pets,” says Bob Barker. “This will be a great weekend and we hope to find new homes for the animals out there.” This event will run April 25-26 from 8a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Tallahassee Fair Grounds. The silent auction will be available to view all weekend ending at 4p.m. April 26. “This will be a great opportunity to find new homes for animals and hopefully raise awareness of the local animal rescues,” says White.
