Pope Francis blesses and confers the title "International Centennial Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of Fatima" on six statues of the Immaculate Heart of Mary requested by the Alliance of the Holy Family Int'l (AHFI) and the Human Life International - Austria. The two global apostolates tandem together on the occasion of the Jubilee and Centenary Year of Our Lady of Fatima (1917-2017) to

bring one blessed Centennial Pilgrim Image to each continent and re-echo the appeal for PRAYER and REPARATION for world peace and to promote sanctity of family life. Present during the papal blessing were (L-R) Mrs. Joan Keaney (ATH Ireland Chapter Coordinator), Mr. Dietmar Fisher (HLI-Austria President), Fr. Bing Arellano (AHFI International Spiritual Director). The Holy Father also declares the Centenary Year of Our Lady of Fatima a Jubilee Year with Plenary Indulgence to be granted on those who will participate in the centenary celebration. The Jubilee Year begins November 27, 2016 and ends on November 26, 2017.
