The amendment in question is the addition of section 003.12 to Rule 10, Regulations and Pro- cedures for the Accreditation of Schools. Rule 10 touches on topics relating to the required curriculum, staff, and assess- ment for a Nebraska school, as well as the requirements for a school to remain legally opera- tional. Recently the members of the Nebraska State Board of Education have made a change to schools that has all but gone unnoticed.

The amendment in question is the addition of section 003.12 to Rule 10, Regulations and Pro-cedures for the Accreditation of Schools. Rule 10 touches on topics relating to the required curriculum, staff, and assess-ment for a Nebraska school, as well as the requirements for a school to remain legally opera-tional.
