GODREJ to combine resources of both fmcg arms in ops

Godrej group is planning to tap operational synergy between two of its FMCG companies-GCPL and GHPL.

It intends to utilise the distribution strenghts of both the companies for cross selling of products, it will lead to operational cost savings.

The company is also evaluating options of legal merger between the two companies
