Strong Bones Strong Muscles Seniors Exercise @ 1pm-2:30pm Gentle low-impact exercise to keep those bones and muscles flexible & active including through the use of weights. @ Newport Hub (library)

Prep4Employment @ 10am-12pm (8 Weeks) Develop conversational skills for speak-ing with the others in our community. Learn simple text, reading and writing. Wellbeing Program partnership with BrainLink (NEW) LifeMoves - a 8week structured peer support program that enables people living with an Acquired disor-der (ABI, Stroke, MS) to openly dis-cuss issues and challenges they face as a consequence. Permanent childcare positions will be made available for 5-15hours per week and Transitional care for those on waiting lists for LONG DAY Care Services Flexible / ad hoc care will continue for 3hour sessions
