Newline is a New Zealand owned and operated
company located in Tauranga. We have been
manufacturing and distributing showers for over
35 years and during this time have introduced
a number of innovative products to the New
Zealand market.
We offer a wide and comprehensive range of
showers, encompassing both acrylic and tile
enclosures which can be viewed in our Tauranga
showroom.
If your requirements don’t match our standard
range of tile showers, we can also custom
manufacture glass enclosures and tile trays to
meet individual design specifications.

SPECIFICATIONS:
20 YEAR WARRANTYNewline ProFinish™ products will hold form and shape for 20 years if protected by moisture by an approved waterproofing membrane which has been applied by an approved waterproofing applicator. Failure to use the recommended glue, sealants and follow installation instructions supplied will void any Newline warranty.
MATERIAL: Lightweight rigid polyurethane.
COMPRESSION STRENGTH: 229kg to create 1mm of deflection and 2193kg to create 2mm deflection.
CYCLIC TESTING: 36589 cycles (4 showers daily for 25 years) were tested to simulate use of the tray as a waterproofing substrate in a shower. No visual failures evident to applied waterproofing membrane.
ELONGATION: Tension failure to >3mm

Newline acrylic shower trays feature the patented AquaCHECK™ technology. Part of this technology is the AquaCHECK™ seal across the top of the tray upstand that combines to provides an anti-capillary gap. There is no provision for water tension to elevate the liquid up behind the acrylic liner.
