The Polaris Project brief from the outset was to ''Seamlessly Integrate Old with the New'' This 22 Week project saw Newell's Renovation Teamworking tirelessly to produce a finished productthat the University of Sheffield can be proud of!

Mixtures of old with new contemporary materials

give a warm yet sharp feel to the building. Mixed

then with the skills and craftsmanship of our

Stonemasons, the facades come alive!

POLARIS

Painstakingly reproducing detailed works thought

to be lost, Newell's team replicated castings taken

from moldings of existing works on site.



Sliding Sash Casements and Stairwell Risers were

produced within our In House Division of Bespoke

Joinery.



POLARIS

Sympathetic Repointing and Painting, uplifts

the former flat Facade, breathing new life

into the building.



The introduction of fresh finishes is evident within

this newly formed Teaching space. Producing light

and warmth for the next generation of Students!

Timeless Teaching for the 21st Century.

Natural light introduced to a once dark uninviting

area, is now brought back to life!

''Rooms With a View''
