whats on

Our team will be lead by the Monday night Element youth leaders Chris, Jos and Rachael. They will be leading and looking after the

group. We are camping with the youth from King’s Church Cockermouth and their youth leaders Becca and Tom Dunlop. As leaders we are there to help you have a good time but we will be expecting a high level of bethaviour.

There are just a few simple rules that we will expect to be followed by all who attend Newday.

• You must be back on our King’s Church Carlisle site before Newday Curfew

• No girls in boys tents, & vice versa.• We expect everyone at main meetings• You must be at the marquee for all meals• We have a strong no drink or drugs policy,

if anyone is found with either their par-ents will be sent for & they’ll go home

• Everyone must follow the Newday site rules

The cost for Newday is broken down into a registration fee for the event and food/transport. This years costs:• Until 16th March

Registration is £109• From 17th March to 18th of May Registra-

tion is £120 • Food/Transport will be a maximum of £60We understand that this is a sizeable amount of money so we will be holding fundraising events to try to subsidise the registration and food/transport costs.

I give permission for my child to attend and join in the activities of Newday 2012. I un-derstand that the Newday site is massive

and provides many simultaneous activities throughout the day and evening, Youth

leaders are therefore unable to personally supervise the youth all of the time. My child

will therefore take responsibility for them-selves and their safety and the well-being of those around them. I acknowledge that my

child needs to obey the youth leaders and all instructions regardless of how fair or unfair,

reasonable or unreasonable my child feels the request may be. I give my consent for first

aid to be given to my child in the event of an accident or injury. I give my consent for my

child to receive hospital or dental treatment, including anaesthetic if this should be neces-

sary.

I include a payment of £ with this form (made payable to newfrontiers)
