thought of us to host your special day.
The Newcastle Aiport Hotel is located just 0.2 miles from Newcastle
Airport and is the perfect location to celebrate your special day
alongside family and friends.
Whatever your wedding day requirements, our devoted wedding
co-ordinators will look after you, from the moment you step through
the doors to see the venue for the first time, to the moment you leave
as a married couple.
Whether you would like an intimate occasion, or a Ceremony and
Wedding breakfast, we will make sure you get everything you wish for
on your perfect day. Choose from our wedding package, which can
be adapted to suit your individual requirements, or ask us to create a
bespoke wedding from our assortment of menu options. We really do
care about you and will look after you every step of the way.
FUNCTION HIRERoom hire is complimentary for both day and evening reception
when booking our package. We can also provide room hire alone if
you wish to provide your own catering. Evening reception only.

For an additional cost we also provide photographers, floral
arrangements, wedding bouquets, buttonholes and finally exclusive
wedding cars to chauffeur you in-style. For further information,
contact our wedding staff.
CIVIL CEREMONYThe Newcastle Airport Hotel have a licence to hold Civil
Ceremony’s in three of our function rooms. So whatever the size
wedding we can accommodate you. We charge £225.00 room hire
to hold your ceremony at the hotel.
Once you have chosen to hold your Civil Ceremony at the hotel
you must make sure you contact your local civic centre and check
your chosen date. If this is available place it on a provisional basis
until you can go and speak with them and confirm your notice of
marriage.
The Registrar charges are as follows:
Sunday or a Bank Holiday £522.00
Monday to Thursday £369.00
Friday or Saturday £420.00
The above charges are decided by, and payable directly to your
local civic centre and may be subject to change.

If your numbers go above 50 for the day time they will be charged at £25.00pp for the wedding breakfast and £10.00pp for numbers above 100 for the evening buffet.

Package wedding breakfast menu is as enclosed and the upgrade options are also available for you.
Evening buffet attached for you to pick your own 6 options.
Deposit upon booking is £400.00
If you wish to hold your civil ceremony here at the hotel we do have a ceremony room hire charge of £225.00.
The Bridal suite is included in your package with bed & Breakfast.
We can also provide your guests with a great rate of £55.00 B&B for a double or Twin and £65.00 B&B for a family room.
If you would like to extend your evening until 1.00am you would be asked to pay an addition £50.00 for the DJ.

We can provide the DJ for you at £225.00 from 7.00pm until 12.30.am.
If you want to extend the times please discuss price options with me. A non- refundable deposit upon confirming is £400.00.
