New Year’s Eve Program 2018/2019

PAYMENT PROCESS AND POLICIES OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

* All reservations must be requested by written way. Our reservations department will confirm it by the same way.* Telephone reservations are not allowed for this program.* In order to confirm a reservation, the applicant shall pay a 50% of the stay or authorize a credit card charge of the previous exposed

percentage.

* The remaining percentage has to be payed at least 60 days before the check in day. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW OF INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

* The reservation will be canceled upon receipt of an email from the applicant.* From the confirmation day to 60 days before the check in, a 50% of the total amount will be charged to the credit card.* If the cancellation request is received with less than 59 days of anticipation or in case of no show, the 100% of the confirmed rate will be

charged.
