There were 150 downloads on the first day and the school is hoping for many more. Pull Apps is the company who created the App for us and it will be monitored for traffic from now to June to see if used. So if this is something you want to see come back in the fall school year please share the news and get as many users as possible to start using the SPJH App .
On Thursday, March 12th student leadership mem-bers were on hand at the school and very quick to ask parents and guardians if they were mobile users.
The school is very proud to support our school commu-nity in staying connected by introducing the SPJH Mobile App. Parents now have literally in their hands everything
they need to keep in touch with the numerous events taking place throughout the school on a daily bases. These items include our newsletters, teacher’s homework pages and email address but one of the important features is the ability of a parent/guardian to send in notification that your child will be absent. Do not panic if you think this is not secure, once a notification is received at school a return message will be sent to the parent/guardian confirming the sender. Directions are on the website of how to download for devices.
A big shout out goes to Kate Foss (Grade 7) and Samantha Situ (Grade 8) who represented SPJH at Holy Heart of Mary on Feb 28th at the Provincial Spelling Bee. The young ladies did an awesome job while under much pressure and had a
fabulous time making new friends and memories.
SPJH is very proud of your accomplishments.
