Before installation carefully inspect the new fixture for anysigns of damage.This product complies with GB/T10357.4-2013,GB/T10357.5-2013 and GB24977-2010.

Becareful when opening the door to avoid pinching fingers.

Don't use acidic or alkalic cleaners oralcohol to clean the surface. Use a dampened cloth toclean.

Electrical wiringmay need to be relocated.

Use anchors(not provided) rated for the loaded weight of thisproduct. Refer to the anchor manufacturer's instructions.

This cabinet is designed foreither right or left door swing. Check the wall cavity forobstructions.

Grounding Instructions

This product should be grounded. In the event of anelectrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electricshock by providing an escape wire for the electric current.

Improper use ofthe grounding plug can result in a risk of electric shock.

If repair or replacement of the cord is necessary, do notconnect the grounding wire to either flat blade terminal. Thewire with insulation having an outer surface that is greenwith or without yellow stripes is the grounding wire.Check with a qualified electrician or service personnel if thegrounding instructions are not completely understood, or ifin doubt as to whether the product is properly grounded.This product is factory equipped with a specific electric cord.If the product must be reconnected for use on a differenttype of electric circuit, the connection should be made byqualified service personnel.

Surface-Mount Installation

Verify minimum clearances. Mark the mounting bar position (centered as desired). Mark

stud locations.

Mark hole locations on the wall. Drill holes. Insert anchors

where needed.

Secure the bar with round-head screws.

Lift the cabinet onto the mounting bar. Ensure the hooks

engage the bar.

Slide the hanger hooks onto the top T-slot as shown.

Rotate the cabinet for right or left door swing with KOHLER

logo on the bottom of the outside mirror.

Slide two clips onto the T-slot. Ensure the cabinet is

centered as desired. Drill pilot holes.

If needed, insert anchors into the wall. Secure the clips with

round-headed long screws.

Slide two clips onto the bottom T-slot. Drill pilot holes and

secure with round-headed long screws.

Secure the cabinet to the framing.

Installation and Adjustment of Accessories

If needed, align the door.

To adjust mirror height, slide up or down.

IMPORTANT! Rotate mirror in before closing the door.

Install the clips. Insert the shelves between the clips.

Find the two bracket locations on each side of the cabinet. Align the brackets with the mounting holes.
