Increasing options for customers to include software-based solutions in addition to existing hardware options. Customisable to allow different options such as pulse surveys at the end of a shift, or functionality to add received tips. Synel is a member of our Partner Programme meaning the integration is tried and tested, and that Fourth will support with installation and set up to make sure everything runs smoothly. Fourth’s legal team have thoroughly investigated what this means from a GDPR point of view, to ensure ongoing compliance. Also looking to extend time and attendance options further, to embrace new technology such as mobile geo-fencing which allows employees to clock in using their mobile device once they’re in a certain radius of the site. POS is often front of house, which means (as time to change into work clothes is considered working time) staff can be front of house clocking in and out while out of uniform.
