We are unable to establish a crossing at Cambie Street. •On Kent Avenue North, high motor vehicle volumes and a high percentage of truck traffic makes it very uncomfortable for people to walk or cycle on the roadway. •On Cambie Street, south of SW Marine Drive, transit operations are very important. Buses exit the bus loop regularly. •Business access on Cambie Street south of SW Marine Drive is an important consideration.
