IntroductionThe new technology, looking at welfare of consumers and improve the quality of life,
enn this occasion presents a new invention in which the health of the person is having a big impact, as life or death of patient depends on
the simple call from a smart phone.
ObjectivesFind the possible applications of
technological advances the welfare of citizens and their implementation can have a special
impact on the development of a person's daily life, supporting a given time medical
assistance to a patient suffering a health problem

A smart phone detects danger in a heartbeat
A new medical invention that harnesses the power of smart phone technology could revolutionize the treatment of heart patients,
according to researchers from Switzerland.
The standalone tool - developed jointly by the laboratories of embedded systems and telecommunications circuits at the Ecole
Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) - not only automatically identify heart rhythm abnormalities, but also alerts doctors in seconds helping them to treat patients more quickly.
The monitor, small and lightweight, has four non-invasive sensors attached electrodes to the skin and connected to a radio module
and a computer chip that clips to the belt of the patient.

The data is sent to the user's smart phone, where you can see in real time up to 150 hours on a single charge.
Complex algorithms identify any anomalies and data are sent to a medical check by an image attached to a text message or email.
"The system collects data very reliable and accurate," says one researcher, "but especially provides automatic analysis and data
transmission to the doctor immediately, preventing it have to review hours of recorded data."
Researchers also hope to find other uses for health-related tools, such as monitoring sporting performance or evaluation of diet and
physical activity in obese patients.
Conclusions
New technologies point to a world of unlimited communication, even to transmit
data about a disease and a possible fatal fact of health personnel, speeding up response
time to a medical emergency, these solutions are revolutionizing the environment in which we operate and greatly improves the quality
of life
