The grapes are harvested manually. They are then totally de-stemmed and softly pressed. Fermented with selected yeasts for 3 weeks in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After fermentation, it remains in tanks to preserve all its aromatic freshness. After stabilization and filtration, this wine is bottled fresh. Low alcohol (9.5%) with high acidity and slightly spritzy. Clear colour, yellow tone and green sprinklings. Exuberant aroma with tropical fruit and citric notes. In the mouth, it’s fruity, evolving, round and with a refreshing acidity. Enjoy on it’s own as an aperitif or pair with Asian and Mediterranean cuisine.
