The new RRD Surfboards collection is composed of 45 different models for 11 different programs of use. The number says it all. A full custom made type of choice to find the exact right size board in the range , with the security of getting a production model replicated by a CNC full detailed shaping machine and hand glassed and finished.

No more guessing of getting a right board from your local shaper ( hoping that he did not have last minute”inspirations” when shaping your new board..) but a sure choice of getting the exact replica of the board you have tested or seen on the beach.

This very new approach to custom made choice / production shaped/ hand finished product is the essence of the RRD surfboards collection.

A super complete line of boards that takes into account all possible details of construction/finishing details, choice of accessories.

From the retro style hand pigmented and acid stained glass work of our Scodona models, to the lightest PRO light finish of the Chiatta 5’8”.

RRD Rubacuori PROGRAM Progressive Boards FEATURES A new line of performance boards dedicated to surfers who want to ride smaller surf with plenty of speed and manouverability. They excel in turning quickly in the pocket . Shorter and wider than a normal shortboard, but with the addition of a few more performance characteristics. A more foiled and slightly narrower outline with a touch more rocker and fresh new look. With the nose width matching the tail width, not only are small waves fun again, but you can also still tear into them. This board should be ridden approximately 4” to 6” shorter, / 8” thicker, and about an inch wider than your normal shortboard.

RRD Asso PigliatuttoPROGRAM Alternative Hybrid boards FEATURES A completely re-designed line of hybrid boards. Innovative, with lots of good features coming from the past... like for examplethe vee bottom that allows for smooth rail to rail transitions .The wider nose area in the entry of the board definitely helps increase planing speed over flat sections. As well its narrow tail defines it from a fishy board and gives it more control. It comes standard with a bump round pin tail, which not only smoothes out your style but suits quick direction changes perfectly. This board is standard with 5 sets of DFS plugs which provides versatility and can be ridden as either a tri or quad-fin.

RRD Scodona PROGRAM Retro style Fish Hybrid boardsFEATURES A fish by definition, a deep swallow tail, resin tints and polish gloss. Designed not just as an exercise in nostalgia, but to be user friendly. The bottom shape is a light single to double concave to allow for maneuverability uncommon to traditional fish design. Full rails provide max volume for small waves. Get the Scodona approximately 6 inches shorter than your everyday board, or go the same length for maximum wave catching.
