Digital Strategy Director Are you a digital innovator? Are you as at home pulling killer insights from data as you are developing and pitching creative social media campaigns? Do you have entrepreneurial flair and a passion for building business? And do you want to work for an international comms agency where digital is integrated, not bolted on, where talent is valued and nurtured, and where individuals come together across disciplines and borders to make a tangible difference to their clients? If the answer is yes then you could be our client’s UK Digital Strategy Director. The Role: The Digital Strategy Director will be responsible for growing the agency’s digital revenue from both existing and new clients and will act as UK’s senior digital consultant, providing existing clients with senior counsel on digital and social media strategies. Working in partnership with the Planning Director, you will ensure strategies and campaigns are holistic, deliver actionable insights to new business teams based on digital / social media landscape analyses and play a key role in pitching those campaigns. Your background: You will have a strong track record of developing and delivering digital and social media strategies and campaigns and a razor-sharp understanding of the changing role of public relations,with a vision of how to influence that both at an individual and corporate level. You will be a strong communicator and able to connect effortlessly with stakeholders across the agency’s global network, building and maintaining a network and demonstrating thought leadership as the digital world of communications continues to evolve and expand. Entrepreneurial flair/ commercial experience of building business. Integrated Digital Experience - central to the offering not just a bolt addition, not 'bolted on'. Team management - values and nurtures junior members of the team Collaborative across multiple verticals teams and disciplines. Multi market experience / Cross boarder campaign management. Experience in making a tangible difference to clients on delivery of campaigns. An understanding of the value of B2B/ B2C but also 'B2U' engagement

The ability to work closely with senior directors across the business especially - Planning Director

An exceptional communicator with the ability to connect effortlessly with stakeholders across the agency's global network

Familiarity with the suite of social media tools, including Sysomos, Sprinklr Flawless attention to detail
