    XENSIV™ TLE5501 E0001 angle sensor TLE5501E0001XUMA1 The new XENSIV™ TLE5501 angle sensor family is a milestone: Infineon is the first supplier in the market to achieve the highest

    automotive functional safety grade ASIL D for angle sensors with only one single sensor chip.

    The TLE5501 is a 360° TMR-based angle sensor that detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This is achieved by measuring sine and

    cosine angle components with Tunneling Magneto Resistance (TMR) elements. These raw signals (sine and cosine) are provided as a

    differential output signal and can directly be further processed within a micro controller. The large output voltage of the bridge renders any further signal

    amplification unnecessary.

  • TLE9879-2QXA40 - single chip 3-Phase motor driver with integrated ARM® Cortex™ M3 core TLE98792QXA40XUMA1 The TLE9879-2QXA40 is a new member of the well-known TLE987x product family. In addition to the existing TLE987x product family members, TLE9879-2QXA40 incorporates two 14-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs which are building a sensor interface for an external GMR/ TMR. The TLE9879-2QXA40 is a single chip 3-Phase motor driver that integrates the industry standard ARM® Cortex™ M3 core, enabling the implementation of advanced motor control algorithms such as field-oriented control. It includes six fully integrated NFET drivers optimized to drive a 3-Phase motor via six external power NFETs, a charge pump enabling low voltage operation and programmable current along with current slope control for optimized EMC behavior. Its peripheral set includes a current sensor, a successive approximation ADC synchronized with the capture and compare unit for PWM control and 16-bit timers. A LIN transceiver is also integrated to enable communication to the device along with a number of general purpose I/Os. It includes an on-chip linear voltage regulator to supply external loads.

    AURIX™ CAN-FD TC2x

    The new portfolio extension offers classical AURIX TC2xx family features with the addition of a faster CAN. It offers increased data payload up to 64 bytes and flexible data rate (5MBit/sec point to point and 2MBit/sec network communication). The AURIX family integrates now up to 12 CAN nodes with FD support and support ISO11898-1 DIS 2015. This new addition to makes the CAN faster, the AURIX CAN FD support ISO11898-1 DIS 2015 with a CAN standard V2.0 active and resonator is ready with asynchronous operation and choice of clock source and message objects freely assigned among the nodes. It provides frequency scaling without baud rate change and both Energy saving (Pretended and Partial Networking) and Safety support.
