Product Description

Vizyon Concentrated Pastry Pastesare concentrated sauces containing real fruits that are used to impart colour and flavour in bakery products such as cakes, parfait, cookies and whipping cream.

Vizyon Concentrated Pastry Pastes can give the desired taste and colour with real fruit content, aroma and colouring.

Purpose:• Cost advantage compared to real fruit usage• Ability to make desired product variety in all

seasonss• It can be used to give colour and flavour to

pastry products such as cakes, parfait, cookies and whipping creams.

Technical Features

➢ It can be used in confectionery products such as cakes, parfait, cookies and whipped cream by mixing dosage of 4 - 8%.

SHELF LIFE➢ As long as the packaging is not opened, it

can be stored for two years in room temperature (24-25°C).

➢ Store the opened product at +4°C.

Practices and Recommendations

Application 1 :• It can be used with the whipped cream, mixed at a ratio of 4% - 8% for pastry coating or

decoration purposes.

Application 2 :• It can be used for filling and flavouring in pastry products such as cakes, cookies and macarons

by mixing it at a ratio of 4-8% with plain filling cream.
