Therefore, we have no choice but to employ a really special people - nice, intelligent and professional atmosphere that will blend into our restaurants - with existing teams and customers.

During the deployment the waiter is working only for the “pick” time at the shift, try taking orders alone and performs regularly at the restaurant's performance.The deployment gate is that a “fake customer”is sitting in one of the tables that the new waiter serves them, the fake customer takes criticism and feedback on its functioning and gives it to the manager.
